2. Information You Add to the App

You may choose to enter or store the following information in the app:

- Family member profiles, such as name, relationship, date of birth, gender, blood type, allergies, medical conditions, and notes
- Health metrics, such as blood pressure, blood glucose, weight, height, temperature, heart rate, and SpO2
- Medication information, dosage notes, schedules, and reminders
- Appointment or health reminder information
- Health documents, such as prescriptions, lab results, medical records, images, and PDF files
- Backup files created by the app if you choose to export your data

All information is manually provided by you.

3. Local Data Storage

Sổ Sức Khỏe Gia Đình stores your data locally on your device.

The app does not require an account. The app does not upload your health records to our own servers. We do not operate a server to store your personal health information.

Health documents, images, PDF files, and app data are stored within the app’s local storage on your device, unless you choose to export or back up your data.

4. iCloud Drive Backup and File Export

The app may allow you to create a backup file or export your health records.

When you create a backup, the app generates a file that may include your app data, health records, images, and PDF documents. You can choose where to save or share this file, such as iCloud Drive, the Files app, Google Drive, OneDrive, AirDrop, email, or other services available on your device.

We do not control or access the location where you choose to save or share your backup file. Your use of third-party cloud storage or sharing services is subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

5. iCloud

If you choose to save a backup file to iCloud Drive, that file is stored in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your iCloud account or your iCloud Drive files.

If a future version of the app supports iCloud synchronization, the app will use Apple’s iCloud services to sync data through your Apple ID. We will not operate our own server to store your health data.

6. Face ID, Touch ID, and App Lock

The app may provide an app lock feature using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.

Biometric authentication is handled by Apple’s system. The app does not collect, store, or access your Face ID or Touch ID biometric data.

7. Notifications and Reminders

The app may request permission to send local notifications for medication reminders, appointment reminders, health measurement reminders, or backup reminders.

These notifications are scheduled locally on your device. The app does not send your reminder data to our servers.

You can manage notification permissions in your device settings at any time.

8. Photos, Camera, and Files

The app may request access to your camera, photo library, or files only when you choose to add a health document, image, or PDF file.

The app uses this access only to let you select, capture, import, and store the documents you choose. The app does not scan your photo library or files automatically.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or health data.

We do not share your health records with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party analytics companies.

Your data may only be shared when you choose to export, back up, or share it using system sharing options.

10. Analytics and Crash Data

The app may use Apple-provided diagnostic, crash, or performance information if you have enabled sharing analytics with app developers in your device settings.

This information does not include your health records, documents, images, or personal health data entered in the app.

11. Advertising

The app does not use your health data for advertising.

If the app includes advertising in the future, ads will not be based on your personal health records stored in the app.

12. Data Deletion

You can delete records, documents, members, reminders, or other information inside the app.

If you delete the app from your device, locally stored app data may also be deleted from that device, unless you have created a backup file or saved data elsewhere.

If you have saved backup files to iCloud Drive, Files, Google Drive, OneDrive, or another location, you are responsible for deleting those backup files from those services if you no longer want to keep them.

13. Children’s Privacy

Sổ Sức Khỏe Gia Đình is intended for general family health record keeping. Parents or guardians may choose to store health information for their children.

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account system or server. All information is entered and managed locally by the user on their device.
