ColorPick Plus respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how ColorPick Plus handles information when you use our macOS app and Safari extension.

1. Information We Collect

ColorPick Plus does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information.

The app does not require an account, login, email address, or personal profile to use its core features.

2. Local App Data

ColorPick Plus may store the following data locally on your device:

Picked colors
Color history
Color palettes
App settings
Copy format preferences
Shortcut preferences

This data is stored on your device and is used only to provide the app’s features.

3. Safari Extension

ColorPick Plus includes a Safari extension that allows you to pick colors from webpages.

The Safari extension is used only when you activate it. It may read the visual color information of the webpage you are viewing in order to detect and copy a selected color.

The Safari extension does not collect:

Browsing history
Login information
Passwords
Form data
Personal content
Account information

Picked colors may be saved locally in the app’s color history if you choose a color.

4. Screen Color Picking

ColorPick Plus allows you to pick colors visible on your Mac screen.

The app only uses this function to let you select a color. It does not record your screen, upload screenshots, or monitor your screen activity.

5. Images

If you use the image color picker feature, ColorPick Plus may access images that you manually select.

The app does not scan your photo library or upload your images. Selected images are used only to pick colors from them.

6. In-App Purchases

ColorPick Plus offers a one-time Lifetime Unlock purchase through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Purchase processing is handled by Apple. ColorPick Plus does not receive or store your payment card information.

7. Data Sharing

ColorPick Plus does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.

8. Analytics and Tracking

ColorPick Plus does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

9. Children’s Privacy

ColorPick Plus is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Data Security

Because ColorPick Plus stores app data locally on your device, you are responsible for managing access to your device and backups.

We design the app to minimize data collection and avoid unnecessary access to personal information.
