Introduction

CarRadio respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

CarRadio is an audio player designed for listening to Internet radio, podcasts, personal audio files, and cloud-based music on iPhone and Apple CarPlay.

Information We Collect

CarRadio does not require you to create an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or address.

The app may automatically collect limited technical information necessary to operate the service, including:

• Device model
• iOS version
• App version
• Anonymous diagnostic information
• Crash reports
• Advertising identifiers (only if advertising is enabled)

Google Drive Access

If you choose to connect your Google Drive account, CarRadio requests permission to access your Google Drive files solely to allow you to browse and play your own audio files.

Specifically, CarRadio may access:

• File names
• Folder names
• File identifiers
• Audio file metadata
• Audio file contents that you explicitly choose to play

CarRadio does not:

• Upload files to Google Drive
• Modify or delete your Google Drive files
• Share your Google Drive data with anyone
• Use your Google Drive data for advertising
• Use your Google Drive data for AI training
• Sell your Google Drive data

Google Drive data is used only to:

• Display your folders and audio files
• Stream or download audio files that you choose to play
• Remember your playback progress
• Improve your listening experience

Google access tokens are stored securely on your device using Apple’s secure storage mechanisms and are never shared with third parties.

You may disconnect your Google account at any time from within the app.

Cloud Storage Services

CarRadio also supports browsing audio files through the iOS Files app, including services such as:

• iCloud Drive
• Google Drive
• Dropbox
• Microsoft OneDrive

CarRadio only accesses files that you explicitly choose.

Radio Streams

CarRadio can play publicly available Internet radio streams.

These streams are provided by third-party broadcasters.

CarRadio does not own, host, or redistribute radio content.

Apple CarPlay

CarRadio supports Apple CarPlay for safer listening while driving.

Using CarPlay does not result in any additional collection of personal information.

Advertising

If advertising is enabled, CarRadio may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

Google AdMob may collect anonymous information in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

Data Sharing

CarRadio does not sell your personal information.

CarRadio does not share your Google user data with third parties except when required by law.

Data Storage

Google account credentials required for authentication are stored securely on your device.

Your Google Drive files are not stored on our servers.

Audio files are streamed directly from your cloud storage or optionally cached locally on your device for offline playback.

Your Rights

You may:

• Disconnect your Google account at any time
• Delete locally cached files
• Remove all app data by uninstalling the application
