Privacy Policy for CamRelay

CamRelay is designed to work as a private local network camera and viewer.

Data Collection:
CamRelay does not require account creation and does not collect personal information for the core app experience.

Camera and Microphone:
CamRelay requests access to the camera, and optionally the microphone, only to provide live monitoring features selected by the user. These permissions are used only for the app’s core functionality.

Local Network:
CamRelay requests Local Network permission so your devices on the same Wi‑Fi network can access the live stream address and connect to the camera device.

Cloud and Remote Storage:
For the core LAN monitoring feature, CamRelay does not upload video or audio to external cloud servers. The live view is intended to remain within the user’s local network.

Third-Party Sharing:
CamRelay does not sell personal data and does not share personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data Storage:
CamRelay does not create user accounts and does not store personal profile data for the core local monitoring feature.
