The App may access motion sensor data from your device only to detect movement and trigger the anti-theft alarm. This data is processed on your device and is not intended to be uploaded to our servers.

The App may also use Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode only to verify that you are the device owner before turning off protection. Biometric information itself is handled by Apple’s secure system and is not accessible to the App.

2. How We Use Information

We use motion sensor data only to:

Detect when the phone is picked up, moved, or shaken.
Activate the alarm when suspicious movement is detected.
Improve the sensitivity of the anti-theft feature while the App is running.

We use Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode authentication only to:

Confirm that you are authorized to disable the alarm.
Protect the App from being turned off by unauthorized users.

3. Data Storage

The App does not store motion data, biometric data, or authentication results on our servers. Any temporary sensor data used for detection is processed locally on your device and is discarded when it is no longer needed.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.

We may share information only if required by law or to comply with a valid legal request.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on Apple system frameworks such as Core Motion, Local Authentication, Core Haptics, and AVFoundation to provide its core features. These Apple services process data according to Apple’s own privacy and security protections.

6. Security

We use device-level security features provided by Apple, including Face ID, Touch ID, passcode protection, and the Secure Enclave, where applicable. Apple states that Face ID and fingerprint data are encrypted and not accessible to apps or stored on Apple servers.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App in a way that involves personal information, please contact us.

8. Your Choices

You can:

Disable motion access from your device settings if you no longer want the App to use motion sensors.
