TeamFund: Group Expense Privacy Policy

TeamFund respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how TeamFund handles data.

1. Data We Store

TeamFund may store the following data created by the user:
- Team or club name
- Member names
- Member balances
- Deposit records
- Shared expense records
- Expense categories
- Transaction history
- Backup and export data created by the user
- Team access codes in a protected or hashed form where applicable
- iCloud user record identifier for the original admin, used only for admin recovery

2. How Data Is Stored

TeamFund uses Apple iCloud CloudKit to store and sync team data. Data is associated with the app’s CloudKit container and is used only to provide the app’s features.

3. Viewer Access

Team members may enter a team code to access a team in read-only mode. Viewers cannot edit, delete, or modify team data.

4. Payments

TeamFund does not process payments, transfer money, store bank information, or provide financial services. All balances and transactions in the app are manually entered records for private group tracking only.

5. In-App Purchases

TeamFund may offer a non-consumable lifetime purchase to unlock Pro features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. TeamFund does not receive or store your payment card information.

6. Advertising

The free version of TeamFund may display ads. If ads are added, third-party advertising providers may collect limited data according to their own privacy policies. TeamFund Pro removes ads.

7. Data Export and Backup

Users may export CSV or JSON backup files. Exported files are controlled by the user and may be shared or stored outside the app. Users are responsible for protecting exported files.

8. Data Sharing

TeamFund does not sell your personal data. TeamFund does not share your data with third parties except as required to provide app functionality, comply with law, or use Apple services such as iCloud and App Store purchases.

9. Data Deletion

Users can delete teams, members, and records inside the app where supported. Some records may be marked as inactive or voided instead of being permanently deleted to preserve transaction history.

10. Children’s Privacy

TeamFund is not designed to collect personal information from children.
