NFC Toolkit Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

NFC Toolkit is designed with a local-first approach to protect user privacy.

NFC Toolkit does not require account creation, does not use sign-in, and does not store user data on external servers. All scanned tags, created tags, saved templates, and exported backups are stored locally on the user’s device unless the user explicitly chooses to export them.

NFC Toolkit does not collect personal data, does not track users across apps or websites, and does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or profiling tools.

The app uses NFC features only to read, inspect, create, and write NFC tag content requested by the user. Any content written to tags, such as WiFi details, contact cards, URLs, phone numbers, messages, or social links, is created and managed entirely by the user.

If the user chooses to generate QR codes, save tags, import backups, or export backups, those actions occur only on the device and only when initiated by the user.

NFC Toolkit does not require an internet connection for its core NFC features. If future versions add optional online features, this policy will be updated before release.

If you have privacy questions about NFC Toolkit, contact the developer through the App Store support link.
